All orders placed from 29 September onward now include duties and tariffs for the USA. No extra fees upon delivery.

UK & EUROPE

• DHL Express Shipping — $ (3–5 business days)

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means customs/import fees may apply in your destination country, depending on the parcel’s value and local regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Noni The Label cannot cover or refund customs costs. If import fees are refused, the shipment may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

• Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, we cannot change the shipping address.
• We do our best to dispatch on time, but transit delays—such as customs processing or extreme weather—are outside our control.
• If a parcel cannot be delivered due to unpaid import taxes, incorrect address details, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
• Any redirection fees charged by the courier will be passed on to the receiver.

NEW ZEALAND

• Free Shipping on NZ orders $100+
• All NZ orders ship via an overnight service (rural addresses may take longer).
• Not all postcodes are guaranteed overnight delivery.

We work hard to process and dispatch all orders promptly, but delays caused by courier or postal networks are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
