PREORDERS
If your purchase includes any preorder items, the entire order will be held until all pieces are ready to send.
Want your in-stock items straight away? Simply place them in a separate order.
Preorder timelines are estimates only and may shift due to factors outside our control. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. Lumi Basics cannot be held responsible for delays affecting preorder arrivals.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
- Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, we cannot change the shipping address.
- We do our best to dispatch on time, but transit delays - such as customs processing or extreme weather - are outside our control.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered due to unpaid import taxes, incorrect address details, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any redirection fees charged by the courier will be passed on to the receiver.
