Order Processing & Customer Details
To place an order, you’ll need to provide accurate personal information such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. These details allow us to process your purchase and communicate with you about your order.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we’ve received it. Please note that this message does not mean your purchase has been accepted. A binding agreement is only formed once your payment has been authorised and the items have been packed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Should this happen after your card has been charged, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Pricing & Availability
While we aim to keep all product descriptions and pricing up to date and accurate, errors can occasionally occur. If we notice an issue with the displayed price or product information while processing your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Final pricing is confirmed only once your order has been successfully processed.

Preorder Timeframes
Preorder dates are estimates only. Delivery timings can shift due to circumstances outside our control, meaning products may arrive earlier or later than expected. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Noni & Co is not responsible for delays affecting preorder shipments.
Returns & Store Credit
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Instead, eligible returns will receive a store credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date. Credits are delivered electronically in the form of an e-gift card and can be used on any item on our website within the validity period.
